Face masks are mandatory at all times within the Exhibition.

As per the Mask Requirements in Public Indoor Settings. All guests will be subject to mask enforcement including the non refundable request to leave the space for non compliance. Masks will not be provided, but Imagine Van Gogh masks are available for purchase at the Merchandise kiosk.

Hand Sanitizer must be used prior to entry

The use of alcohol-based hand disinfectant is mandatory ahead of entry to the Exhibit. Although Imagine Van Gogh is a contactless experience, we abide by the guidance of the Government of British Columbia who recommend the practice of good hand hygiene. Hand sanitizer is an approved alternative when soap and water are not at available. Please note that the Vancouver Convention Centre will have washrooms available to all attendees with valid tickets.

Maintain 2 meters of Physical Distancing

In order to ensure the safety of all, we ask all guests to be mindful of physical distancing practices, signage and instruction of a Vancouver  Convention Centre and Exhibition Staff. Please note that we ask you to briefly wait in a line ahead of entry into Imagine Van Gogh Vancouver as we manage capacity measures.

Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes

The Vancouver Convention Centre is ensuring that there is an increased focus on enhanced sanitation practices such as the increased frequency of cleaning at touch points such as escalators rails, elevator button doors, and washroom door handles. Guests are encouraged to use the available hand sanitizer located throughout the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Occupancy will be limited and monitored

In accordance with the framework proposed by the Government of British Columbia for safely restoring services such as Museums, entry to the Exhibit will be staggered by time to ensure a safe operating capacity for guests and staff and to ensure appropriate space for physical distancing.

We are only accepting contactless payment methods

Guests are encouraged to pre purchase tickets in advance on our website or use the contactless payment system with our assigned Box Office Staff. To prevent any risk to the Exhibit staff, the points of purchasing through the experience will only accept contactless payments (credit/debit).

Symptom Free Policy

We ask guests to remain vigilant and monitor their own health in accordance with information from Vancouver Coastal Health. Guests who experience symptoms of COVID-19, the flu or a cold should not enter the Vancouver Convention Centre and should contact us at ticketing@paquinentertainment.com for assistance in rescheduling tickets. We ask that guests seek the appropriate information applicable to COVID-19 if they suspect they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

Imagine Van Gogh Vancouver Staff must complete a self-health attestation and screening on arrival that clears them to work. Staff will be instructed to stay home if they do not pass a wellness check before their shift starts and sent home if they begin to show systems of COVID-19 or the flu during their shift.

Travel Advisory

Guests travelling to B.C. from another province or territory within Canada should abide by the the regional travel guidelines before attending Imagine Van Gogh Vancouver. Those returning from international destinations are required by law to self quarantine for 14- days. A safe work place for all

Abiding by principles from Worksafe BC, Imagine Van Gogh Vancouver will not tolerate guests engaging in abusive or belligerent behaviour toward the staff of Vancouver Convention Centre and Imagine Van Gogh. Guests will be directed to leave the space for misconduct and provided no refunds.

Leaving the Exhibition

Please do not congregate in the foyer area and we ask that those waiting for friend and family who may still be at the merchandise kiosk to kindly walk toward the exit and plan for reconnecting outside.
